I know that normally “about me” sections are all packed with wins, massive success, braggy brag brag… But you can find that anywhere on the internet.
I’m a little different than most marketers, so let’s have a little fun with this About Me.
My greatest honor in life is being the wife to my AMAZING husband (who I met and married in 13 days… True story) and the mother to 3 sweet, snuggly, talented babes.
While I am absolutely passionate about business, marketing, and all things social media - I want to share a few things most people don’t know about me.
I am a massive goofball - 24/7 - I LOVE to have fun. I have this motto “if we aren’t having fun, we aren’t doing it right” and I LIVE by it. I regularly incorporate pranks, silly inside jokes, and over the top, ridiculous, SNL proportion stunts into life every single day.
On any given night or weekend, you can find me playing board games, card games or video games with my family. The word GAMES is a total must if you want to get in with my crew!
Movie nights are my favorite - but I’m not quite a rom-com kind of gal… I love war movies, action, and thrillers. The Patriot and Braveheart are my two favorite movies!
I’ve done a lot of fun things… From 13-16 years old I was in the Naval Sea Cadet Core where I learned how to scuba dive, shoot accurately (I’m a marksman), and rappel down huge walls. I even went to boot camp.
My other passions in life include acting, singing, drawing, dancing, cheerleading, nerding out on voluntary education (I’m obsessed with learning), cooking, thrift-shopping and reading.
Sometimes I kind of feel like Barbie - in that my outfits and roles are always changing… But I’m not the “perfect hair and makeup” kind of person. I’m most comfortable in a t-shirt and activewear.
I’m probably one of the softest people you’ll ever meet (outside of business) - I’m incredibly empathetic and passionate about helping single moms, orphans, and children in other countries.
