I created a $25,000 offer during a flight delay.
Let me back up:
The offer didn’t make $25K during the flight delay…
It was built during the delay. It made money later… because the system was simple, repeatable, and relevant.

PART 2: The 3-Hour Passive Offer System
Let’s break it down.
You don’t need a full funnel, perfect branding, or 12-week video course.
You just need an urgent problem… a real solution… and a fast, simple way to deliver it.
Here’s what I did (and what you can do too):
STEP 1: Identify the urgent pain point (30 minutes)
This is where most people overthink it.
I didn’t spend hours brainstorming.
I looked at my Instagram DMs, my Stories replies, and the questions my clients kept asking.
My audience was stuck on their specific problems… Things like ads, social media growth, and passive income.
So I picked that. No validation needed. The demand was already in my inbox.
Quick tip:
If you’re stuck, ask yourself:
“What’s a shortcut I’ve given a client in the past week?”
That’s your offer.
STEP 2: Build the offer using The 3-Block System (1 hour)
This is my signature model.
You don’t need 10 modules or a fancy curriculum.
You need 3 “blocks”… that’s it.
- Block 1: Clarity – What do they need to know or decide before they take action?
- Block 2: Steps – What are the actual things they need to do?
- Block 3: Implementation – How do you help them put it into motion fast?
Here’s what passive income offers could include:
- A quick 15-minute walkthrough of how I decide what to sell
- 5 plug-and-play low-ticket offer ideas
- A fill-in-the-blank framework to write the promo content in under 30 minutes
That’s it.
No slides. No videos. Just assets that solved the problem fast.
STEP 3: Create the delivery format (20 minutes)
This is where people lose time. You don’t need a fancy course platform.
Delivery options that work:
- Google Doc
- PDF workbook
- Notion page
- Private podcast feed
- Email drip
My rule: Pick whatever you can send tonight.
Mine was a Google Doc full of juicy assets in a delivery email. Done.
STEP 4: Name it fast, write 3 benefits, and set a 24-hour timer (30 minutes)
This part matters more than people think.
Name it with clarity… not cleverness.
You want people to see it and go: “Oh… I need that.”
Here’s an example:
Name: The 24 Hour Passive Offer Builder
Benefit 1: Know what to sell even if you’re overwhelmed or stuck
Benefit 2: Create the full offer in one sitting
Benefit 3: Launch it with 3 copy/paste templates
Then I set a 24-hour countdown using Instagram Stories and email.
Urgency without sleaze. JReal-time motivation.

STEP 5: Sell it… before you doubt yourself (30 minutes)

They spend 2 days editing a sales page no one asked for.
Meanwhile, your audience’s attention moves on.
Here’s what I did:
- Posted a few times with the hook:
Example: “What if I helped you create a passive income offer in 24 hours?” - Wrote a 5-line email to my list.
- Created a funnel (a Stripe link works, too!) and dropped it.
And it sold.
PART 3: Why This System Works (Even If You’re “Not Ready” Yet)
This isn’t a fluke. I’ve done it dozens of times.
My students have done it. My mastermind clients have done it.
Here’s why it works:
- It’s low risk. You’re not building a full product suite… you’re solving one clear pain point.
