Repurpose One Idea Into 30 Pieces of Content

By Rachel Pedersen

Every day, it’s a new caption.
A new Reel.
A new idea you’re somehow expected to magically pull out of your brain while managing a business, a family, and a hundred other tabs in your head.

Let me say this clearly:

You do NOT need 30 ideas to create 30 days of content.

You need one good idea – and a framework that turns it into dozens of powerful, platform-specific pieces.

This is exactly what I do. Every week. Across every platform.

Let me show you how to stretch one topic into 30+ pieces of content using the exact method I teach inside my business, my mentorship, and my programs.

It’s called the Domino Content System.

Step 1: Start With a Power Topic

Before we can multiply content, we need a topic that’s strong enough to carry weight.

A power topic is:

  • Something your audience actually cares about
  • Rooted in your expertise or lived experience
  • Specific enough to go deep, but broad enough to split into parts

Let’s say your niche is Instagram growth.
A power topic could be:
“Why consistency matters more than trending audio.”

Now that’s not just a hook – it’s a base for 30 pieces of content.

Want 300 hooks like that already written for you?
Grab the Copy + Paste Hooks to Go Viral With Video – perfect for creators who want to stop guessing and start grabbing attention instantly.

Step 2: Break It Into 3–5 Micro Angles

Here’s where the domino effect begins.

Take your topic and split it into angles:

  • A belief you want to challenge (e.g. “You don’t need trending audio to grow”)
  • A tip or how-to (e.g. “How I stayed consistent with content for 30 days straight”)
  • A story (e.g. “The month I stopped posting every day – and what happened”)
  • A mistake people make (e.g. “The reason most content flops… even if it’s great”)
  • A quote or bold truth (e.g. “Engagement doesn’t mean trust. Consistency does.”)

Each angle becomes its own mini domino – ready to multiply.

Step 3: Apply the 6x Content Expansion Grid

This is my secret weapon. You’re about to turn each angle into 6+ formats:

  1. Carousel
    • Break the angle into slides, one idea per slide
  2. Reel or TikTok
    • Add trending or voiceover, use B-roll or text
  3. Static Post or Quote Graphic
    • Pull a powerful line and design it
  4. Long-Form Caption
    • Go deeper into the story or teaching
  5. Email
    • Repurpose into a nurture email or short story
  6. Story Series
    • Use behind-the-scenes, polls, or real-time commentary

That’s 6 formats per angle. With just 5 angles, you’re now at 30+ assets.

And remember: not all platforms need all 30. You can stack, rotate, and re-use without repeating yourself.

Want to see this mapped out step-by-step?
Download the Domino Content Blueprint – the actual workflow I use to build content banks of 50+ posts in a single afternoon.

Step 4: Record Smart Content Assets (No Talking Required)

Here’s the biggest shift: you don’t have to talk on camera for this to work.

Each post can use:

  • B-roll from one batch-recording session
  • Text overlays (Reels and TikToks)
  • Static carousels with high-contrast quotes
  • Stories told via captions + visuals

My students have used this to build full content calendars from one idea – with no glam, no talking, and no burnout.

Step 5: Layer in Strategic CTAs

Now that your content is multiplying, it’s time to make sure it leads somewhere.

Here’s how I build CTAs into my domino stack:

  • Top of funnel:
“Want to batch 30 days of content in 30 minutes? Download the free training here.”
  • Middle of funnel:
“If this resonated, grab the ATM Instagram Growth Bundle – it’s packed with systems to grow without chasing trends.”
  • Bottom of funnel:
“This is the same strategy I use inside The Content Domination System. If you want to learn it, we can build it together.”

Every post becomes a breadcrumb – each leading back to your offers or list.

Need content that brings leads without starting from scratch every day?
Grab the 30 Minute Batched Videos Plan – a mini strategy that walks you through creating scroll-stopping short-form videos without face time or filters.

Final Thought: You Don’t Need More Time. You Need a Smarter System.

You could try to create new content every single day.
Or you could turn one idea into 30 content pieces that work for you.

This is how I keep reaching 10–50 million people every month.
This is how I grew multiple 7-figure offers without being glued to Instagram.
This is how my clients create content on their terms – not some algorithm’s.

Start with one idea. Break it down. Multiply it.

Let your content become your loudest, hardest-working employee.

Dolly Parton once said in an interview that she wr Dolly Parton once said in an interview that she wrote Jolene and I Will Always Love You on the same day. ✨

I have thought about that contrast more than I care to admit. It says a lot about who she was and how she lived.

Because those two songs are opposites… and they both are her reclaiming her beautiful power (in different ways).

She wrote one of them from the top.

Leaving Porter Wagoner’s show. Walking away from the man who put her on television. Choosing to say goodbye kindly when she did not have to be kind about it at all.

She wrote the other one from the floor. No power. No plan. A woman asking another woman for mercy about her own husband.

Same day. All the power in one hand and none of it in the other.

But my favorite thing is that she didn’t just write them…

She released both. 🎀

She could have kept the vulnerable, scary one in a drawer. Nobody would have known.

She put it out anyway, and it became one of the most covered songs anybody has ever written.

That is how she lived the whole sixty years.

Heart on her sleeve. Song on her lips.

Never a version of herself she was too proud to let us see.

My people hide the ugly parts and messy bits away.

She didn’t. 🤍

So much love,
Rachel

She meant so much to so many of us. And man, she practiced what she preached ❤️🫶

I don’t have words to express how impactful her words, songs, and outlook on life have been for me over my life.

So I’ll allow your own words to reflect back to us the impact of your life.

My dream was to become RICH.

I wanted a better quality of life SO BADLY.

Becoming rich felt like the only way to make it happen.

Now I’m a single mom of 3... 💔

And my new dream is to build wealth (while empowering others to do the same).

I want true freedom to CHOOSE...
Generational wealth... .
Ownership...

And a safety net a mile wide 🙌

If that appeals to you, you’re going to love the ‘next-level’ transparency I am about to share over the coming months.
This breaks mine and Poul H. Pedersen’s hearts to This breaks mine and Poul H. Pedersen’s hearts to share.

After nearly 13 years of marriage, we are getting a divorce 💔

We made this decision together - it is not repairable.

A few of you knew something was happening. Thank you for respecting our privacy through these painful matters. I’m sharing this because we shared our relationship with you. I don’t want to lie or pretend like nothing is happening.

Poul is an amazing dad. We are raising the children together as partners 🙏

This is uncontested and amicable. We are not fighting.

He’s also my best friend. Please please please do not attack him or assume about him through this. He’s the father of my children, so hurting him hurts me.

We will only be sharing the full story as needed to navigate our next steps.

Please pray for Poul and the children. Pray for our families. Please pray for me for wisdom to know what to do next.

My heart is beyond broken. His is as well.

But my feet are underneath me, and I have a clear vision of the path I need to take for our children ❤️ their lives and futures above all now.

Edited to add… sorry about my ManyChat responder. I don’t want to look at a computer to turn it off while I’m crying.

Poul H. Pedersen and I are looking for a Household Manager for our family home near Lake Minnetonka: someone who loves making a space beautiful, orderly, and calm, and who genuinely enjoys helping a family run well.

I’ll be honest about why this is referral-only. We’re a family first, and our children’s lives are private. Letting someone into our home means letting them into our world — so trust and discretion matter to us just as much as skill. The right person will understand that instinctively, and hold our family’s privacy the way they’d want their own held.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day:

- Coordinating home services and keeping everything running smoothly — groceries, systems, the hundred small things
- Building processes that make life lighter, and adapting them intuitively as you learn how we live
- Light cleaning and tidying, and cooking
- Driving the kids and being a steady, caring presence when Poul or I travel
- Helping care for our children — you’re not here to be mom or dad, but you’re important in helping us raise them
- Holding short-term tasks and projects while keeping an eye on the long game

What we’re really looking for is a person, more than a résumé: someone adaptable, nurturing, and calm — the kind of steady that can carry a lot at once without losing their warmth. Someone who listens for the details, takes good notes, and reads a moment well. And someone who understands that when we’re with family, I’m simply mom and wife. 🫶

A few practical notes:
- Reliable transportation to the Lake Minnetonka area of Minnesota is a must
- Ideally 3–5 days a week
- Compensation is discussed individually, candidate by candidate
- Interviews are by invitation

If someone you love and trust comes to mind, I’d be so grateful for the introduction. ❤️
