I didn’t set out to become a content batching evangelist.
But after burning out (twice), ghosting my own Instagram, and realizing I was spending more time thinking about what to post than actually doing work that moved the needle… I hit a wall.
So I built a content schedule that freed up 20 hours a week – and it’s still the same system I use today (with tweaks, of course). It’s what helped me go from juggling 5+ freelance marketing clients to building a 7-figure business without hiring a giant team or posting daily for the algorithm gods.
And now? I teach the exact schedule inside the 24 Hour Content Machine. But I’ll walk you through the core parts here – step by step – so you can plug it into your own business today.

Why Most Content Plans Waste Your Time
Let’s be real – most of the content advice out there is a productivity trap in disguise.
You’re told to post 7 days a week… across 4 platforms… with 3 formats each… all while “engaging in the DMs” and tracking every stat like a hawk.
Meanwhile, you’re spending more time creating content than actually running your business.
Been there. Built the spreadsheets. Wanted to scream.
The turning point came when I looked at my calendar and realized I was losing 4 hours a day context-switching between tasks – and most of that was from unplanned content work.
That’s when I built the “Batch Week System” – a framework that shrinks content creation from 20+ scattered hours into one focused workday per week (or even one per month).

The 3-Part Content Week I Use (and Still Recommend)
Here’s the structure I started with – and what most of my students still use to this day.
Monday: Block + Plan Day
- Choose your core Content Block topic (this is one “idea hub” that fuels multiple posts)
- Outline 5–7 angles, formats, or value points
- Schedule a batching day later in the week
Wednesday: Batch Day
- Write 3–5 posts in one sitting
- Film 2–3 videos (I use my Bullet to Reels framework here)
- Store everything in one place (Notion or Google Drive works fine)
- Schedule your posts for the week (or month)
Friday: Repurpose + Repitch
- Take 1–2 old posts or stories that performed well and update them
- Create a Story or Email that links back to your current offer or lead magnet
- Track what worked that week and tweak next week’s batching plan
That’s it. No fancy apps. No endless planning cycles. Just execution and review.

Content Blocks: The Secret to Never Running Out of Ideas
One of the biggest breakthroughs in my business was learning to think in blocks.
Instead of trying to create endless unrelated posts, I now batch content based on themes that reflect what I actually want to sell, teach, or be known for.
Example Content Blocks I’ve used:
- “How to grow from 0–100K followers” (freebie funnel)
- “Why batching saves 10+ hours a week” (to promote 24 Hour Content Machine)
- “How to price your freelance services” (lead-in to Social Clique or the Pricing Guide)
- “The systems that helped me go from burnt out freelancer to full-time CEO” (hello, automation offers)
Each block fuels:
- 1 long-form educational post
- 1–2 Reels
- 1–2 carousels or tweets
- 1 email
- 1 Story series
- 1 reminder/promo
That means every “idea” turns into 6+ content assets – all pre-aligned to my goals. This is how I stay visible without constantly brainstorming fresh content every day.

What This Looked Like in Real Life
I had a student – let’s call her Sarah – who came into my world overwhelmed, overworked, and underpaid. She was a brilliant content creator… but she hadn’t posted in 3 weeks because she felt behind on everything.
We implemented this batching schedule, built her first 3 Content Blocks, and set her up with a monthly batching day (just one!).
In 30 days:
- She created 30+ posts
- Her reach jumped from 8K to 112K
- She booked 2 new clients from one carousel post
- She finally had time to launch a small offer that had been on her list for 6 months
This isn’t a unicorn result – it’s what happens when your content has structure.
The Tools I Actually Use (No Tech Overload)
I like things simple. Here’s what I use:
- Google Docs for all content writing
- Canva for carousels, quotes, and cover graphics
- CapCut for Reels and TikTok edits
- Metricool or Later for scheduling
- ManyChat for automated DMs (especially for Reels that drive opt-ins)
- ConvertKit for emails (I know people love Flodesk, but I like power and simplicity)
That’s it. And I didn’t add all of this on day one – I started with Google Docs and Canva, and built from there.

What to Do if You Only Have 2 Hours
Here’s the mini version of the system if you’re still juggling a million things:
- Pick one content block – something you could talk about in your sleep
- Write one longer-form post or Reel script
- Break it into 2–3 shorter posts or stories
- Schedule them using the same CTA (your freebie or offer)
You don’t need to show up every day. You just need to compound the right content.
Even one well-structured post per week will outperform 7 scattered ones.

What Happens When You Stick With It
Here’s what I can tell you:
- Batching gave me my time back
- That time turned into new offers, new energy, and new revenue
- This schedule turned one of my first launches into $100K+ with a tiny team
- I still use it today (and I’m not the only one)
If you’re tired of running your business from your phone at 11:57pm… this is your way out.
It’s not magic. But it is repeatable.
And it’ll free up more time than you think.
Let’s build it. One batch at a time.
