WHEN YOU’RE TOTALLY OVERWHELMED

By Rachel Pedersen

What I wanna share with you is the difference between the people I see who is determined that they’re gonna be successful and the rest.

Isn’t it kinda crazy?  if you think about that there are 75 thousand people who are using click funnels and there are only 500 millionaires that have been made?

That’s kind of crazy right? Think about it.

There are a thousand people who are in SMU, there are over 5000 people who have been a part of SMU  and only a certain amount of people have hit a $10,000 a month or $20,000 a month. What is the difference between those two groups of people?

Ok, so here’s the thing are you guys ready for it?

So let’s all decompress it and don’t lose mind.

So we all learned a lot. How in the world are we supposed to take action on all of these things? That’s a lot to process.

I wanna challenge you all.

Look all over your notes. And if you didn’t take notes, go and dump all of your thoughts into a notebook. Not everything that you learned this week needs to be applied today or this month or this week and in fact, if you try to do everything you will gonna find yourself absolutely drowning, it is exhausting.

Pick the main three moves you can make inside a month, and put just those undertakings on your Plan for the day. When they’re set, you can generally return and pick three more. The point here is two-crease: begin actualizing what you’ve realized, and do it so as to not over-burden yourself.

Make the decision to make a decision

Today I will make a decision,” then do it.

Work on one at a time. For example, today I needed to achieve three things

When it’s set, I’ll choose one of the other two ventures to take a shot at straightaway. You must be happy to let go of some information, in any event, energizing data, so you can concentrate on your needs and your priorities.

What I want you to do is take all of your notes and go back through.

Use a lucky pen.

Get things out of your head and on to paper.

Trying to keep all that “thinking” in your brain makes you feel anxious, confused and overwhelmed.

Doing a brain dump writing down your thoughts, even in a quick list format — will help get things out.

What I want you to do is put a star that is anything that is implementable and then two stars that needs to be implemented soon.

Ok, so this is your homework.

Go to all of your notes, star that is anything that is implementable action step and put 2 stars that needs to be implemented soon.

Then what I want you to do is drop everything that has 2 stars and determine what are the things that I can do this month? What are the things that I can do this year? this week or this day?

So that I can take action on the things that are urgent cause that’s what this is. It’s a race to be successful.

So much fun!

That is your homework. And I want every single person to do that. You just don’t sit there with all this knowledge bouncing around your brain, losing your mind, your brain exploding that’s too much to handle.

So remember, you’re gonna put stars that is anything that is implementable and actionable.

Put 2 stars that is something that I need to do. Base on what you can do today, what can you do this week this or what can happen this year or what can happen some point this year.

So I want you guys to decompress all together so that your brain doesn’t fry trying to figure out. Ok, where do I even start?

Because once you identify what needs to happen first you’re gonna find so much clarity it’s gonna save you a lot of heartaches.

Dolly Parton once said in an interview that she wr Dolly Parton once said in an interview that she wrote Jolene and I Will Always Love You on the same day. ✨

I have thought about that contrast more than I care to admit. It says a lot about who she was and how she lived.

Because those two songs are opposites… and they both are her reclaiming her beautiful power (in different ways).

She wrote one of them from the top.

Leaving Porter Wagoner’s show. Walking away from the man who put her on television. Choosing to say goodbye kindly when she did not have to be kind about it at all.

She wrote the other one from the floor. No power. No plan. A woman asking another woman for mercy about her own husband.

Same day. All the power in one hand and none of it in the other.

But my favorite thing is that she didn’t just write them…

She released both. 🎀

She could have kept the vulnerable, scary one in a drawer. Nobody would have known.

She put it out anyway, and it became one of the most covered songs anybody has ever written.

That is how she lived the whole sixty years.

Heart on her sleeve. Song on her lips.

Never a version of herself she was too proud to let us see.

My people hide the ugly parts and messy bits away.

She didn’t. 🤍

So much love,
Rachel

She meant so much to so many of us. And man, she practiced what she preached ❤️🫶

I don’t have words to express how impactful her words, songs, and outlook on life have been for me over my life.

So I’ll allow your own words to reflect back to us the impact of your life.

My dream was to become RICH.

I wanted a better quality of life SO BADLY.

Becoming rich felt like the only way to make it happen.

Now I’m a single mom of 3... 💔

And my new dream is to build wealth (while empowering others to do the same).

I want true freedom to CHOOSE...
Generational wealth... .
Ownership...

And a safety net a mile wide 🙌

If that appeals to you, you’re going to love the ‘next-level’ transparency I am about to share over the coming months.
This breaks mine and Poul H. Pedersen’s hearts to This breaks mine and Poul H. Pedersen’s hearts to share.

After nearly 13 years of marriage, we are getting a divorce 💔

We made this decision together - it is not repairable.

A few of you knew something was happening. Thank you for respecting our privacy through these painful matters. I’m sharing this because we shared our relationship with you. I don’t want to lie or pretend like nothing is happening.

Poul is an amazing dad. We are raising the children together as partners 🙏

This is uncontested and amicable. We are not fighting.

He’s also my best friend. Please please please do not attack him or assume about him through this. He’s the father of my children, so hurting him hurts me.

We will only be sharing the full story as needed to navigate our next steps.

Please pray for Poul and the children. Pray for our families. Please pray for me for wisdom to know what to do next.

My heart is beyond broken. His is as well.

But my feet are underneath me, and I have a clear vision of the path I need to take for our children ❤️ their lives and futures above all now.

Edited to add… sorry about my ManyChat responder. I don’t want to look at a computer to turn it off while I’m crying.

Poul H. Pedersen and I are looking for a Household Manager for our family home near Lake Minnetonka: someone who loves making a space beautiful, orderly, and calm, and who genuinely enjoys helping a family run well.

I’ll be honest about why this is referral-only. We’re a family first, and our children’s lives are private. Letting someone into our home means letting them into our world — so trust and discretion matter to us just as much as skill. The right person will understand that instinctively, and hold our family’s privacy the way they’d want their own held.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day:

- Coordinating home services and keeping everything running smoothly — groceries, systems, the hundred small things
- Building processes that make life lighter, and adapting them intuitively as you learn how we live
- Light cleaning and tidying, and cooking
- Driving the kids and being a steady, caring presence when Poul or I travel
- Helping care for our children — you’re not here to be mom or dad, but you’re important in helping us raise them
- Holding short-term tasks and projects while keeping an eye on the long game

What we’re really looking for is a person, more than a résumé: someone adaptable, nurturing, and calm — the kind of steady that can carry a lot at once without losing their warmth. Someone who listens for the details, takes good notes, and reads a moment well. And someone who understands that when we’re with family, I’m simply mom and wife. 🫶

A few practical notes:
- Reliable transportation to the Lake Minnetonka area of Minnesota is a must
- Ideally 3–5 days a week
- Compensation is discussed individually, candidate by candidate
- Interviews are by invitation

If someone you love and trust comes to mind, I’d be so grateful for the introduction. ❤️
