THE MANYCHAT BOT SECRETS You need to know

By Rachel Pedersen

This month one of my clients got over 700,000 comments on her ManyChat bot and we ended up helping her to a 400,000 USD month using the power of ManyChat only!!!
We spent about 28,000 USD running ads on ManyChats so, I am sure you can do the math yourself!

Do you wanna know how she did it????

In this blog post I will be sharing the tips and tricks on how YOU can kill it on ManyChat as well!

  1. Is Manychat for me???
Are you offering to mass markets?
If the answer is yes, keep reading!
If you are a marketer, where the audience is already skeptical, it may be a little tougher for you.
  2. Why ManyChat?
By using ManyChat you get more leads through Messenger, engage prospects, build relationships with your customers through interactive and tailored content, drive sales, besides it is easy to use and built in minutes. If you are already using Google Sheets, HubSpot, Shopify, ConvertKit or Zapier, don’t worry, ManyChat makes it easy to connect to them. Furthermore, join the amazing community and help each other grow!
  3. How to write an attention-grabbing bold
Most important is that you keep it short! Yes, I said SHORT, people lose interest when they see long texts, keep it short and clear, I recommend 3 to 5 lines, no more, no less!

Let’s look at what is important in each line! Are you ready?

1. NEEDS TO GRAB ATTENTION!

Be creative, stand out, exaggerate, be catchy!

Use emojis! You could even write a whole line full of emojis using different ones to express the interest, for example, food items, money, shocked faces, an arrow pointing towards your copy.

Or use a shocking word or phrase to grab the attention!

For example: ‘Because you are worth it’, ‘10 secrets you need to know ….. ‘

Let your creativity run free! Think about what would grab your attention!

And then you are going to outline the problem that needs to be fixed!

2. OUTLINE THE SOLUTION

Also stacking the demand and social proof.

Example phrases:

·· Get the free guide that thousands of social media managers are using.
·· 700 have already signed up for our……

We want to hit the demand, the urgency, the scarcity, the social proof

3. CALL TO ACTION

The one MISTAKE most people make is that they have this massively long call to action! Will your audience read it??? Most likely the answer is NO!

Keep in mind to keep it short and clear! Don’t get clever. You only have a moment to capture their attention and to explain your product.

Invite them to comment below with just one word, YES only one word! Choose a positive word like freedom, change, love, yes, me, hope, a short word! Introduce it in capital letters, put a couple of extra spaces before and after the word. Make it stand out!

That is one of the keys points to get people to comment on your offer! Try it out and see for yourself!

If you are using a video as your ManyChat trigger pose, make sure that you say twice, once in the beginning and once in the end, what keyword to use in the comment. Say something like:

‘’ Hi I am …. and that is what I see happening, this is the issue that I see and this is the solution that I found, I am going to go into it in just a moment, but if you are interested in receiving my ….. comment below with the word…… ‘’

4. Is my ManyChat bot successful??

You will know fast when something hits, you will be like OH MY GOSH! feeling overwhelmed with all the responses.

If it isn’t naturally hitting or it doesn’t seem to get the response you wished for, DON’T FORCE IT! But also DON’T GIVE UP!
DELETE it and start over!!! Pretend that it didn’t happen at all! TRY again! Completely REPHRASE it!

Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get one to hit, that is totally fine!

If your goal is mass marketing, I would definitely recommend using ManyChat, I myself am a huge fan of it and use it. ManyChat has brought me a ton of new leads and customers, it has helped my business grow and has saved me many hours of work.

If you have 900 saved posts and the same problems, If you have 900 saved posts and the same problems, we should probably stop pretending the saves are helping.

Because saving something is not the same as using it.

But it feels weirdly productive for a second, doesn’t it?

You see a good tip.
You hit save.
Your brain goes, nice, we’re growing.

No you’re not.

You’re collecting.

And collecting is sneaky because it can look a lot like momentum when it’s really just a prettier version of procrastinating.

Learning feels safe.

Doing does not.

Doing is where you might do it wrong.
Doing is where it might flop.
Doing is where you find out whether you actually want the result badly enough to be a little uncomfortable.

That’s why people keep saving and not changing.

Not because they’re lazy.

Because saving lets you stay smart without having to be visible.

That’s the trap.

At some point, more information stops helping and starts making you weirdly dependent on everyone else’s brain.

You trust the saved post.
You trust the guru.
You trust the carousel.
Meanwhile, your own follow through is sitting in the corner like hello???

If you’re “trying to learn,” great.

What are you implementing this week?

Not what are you reading.
Not what are you researching.
Not what are you almost ready to maybe test soon.

What are you doing.

Pick one saved post.

One.

Then decide what done looks like.

Write the script and send it.
Make the template and post it.
Do one rep and track what happened.

That counts.

And if you “don’t have time,” then we’re not doing the full version. We’re doing the 20 minute version.

Timer on.
Messy counts.
Done is better than admired.

I don’t want a library of good advice I never used.

I want proof.

Because one action will teach you more than 900 saved posts ever will. #socialmedia #contentmarketing #entrepreneur #productivity #marketing

Someone commented on this video and said my content catches them off guard, because it’s like a mix between businesstok and a finsta AND THAT IS THE BIGGEST COMPLIMENT ❤️ I want to give you everything you need to succeed but also show you my personality! 👯‍♀️

✨ This is your sign to go and have fun with your content today ✨
One comment can absolutely throw off your whole mo One comment can absolutely throw off your whole mood.

That does not mean you are fragile.
It means you are a person with a nervous system and a phone and a business and eyeballs.

Very normal.

The part that matters is what you do next.

Because the second you read something rude, your brain gets loud fast.

Your chest tightens.
Your fingers get fast.
And suddenly you are writing a full legal brief in your head like this stranger has personally been chosen for your closing argument.

I get it.

But reacting and leading are not the same thing.

Reacting is about relief.
Leading is about control.

And if you answer from the spike, it usually does two things:
makes the room feel weird
and leaves you feeling gross after

No win there.

Also, not every comment deserves the same energy.

Some people are confused.
Some are projecting.
Some are bored and using your comment section like a hobby.

Those are different.

So before you reply, ask yourself what is actually happening here.

Is this a real objection my quiet buyers might have too?
Is this my person, or just a random drive by with Wi Fi and opinions?
Is there something useful to clarify for the people reading without saying a word?

That is the shift.

Do not defend for the sake of defending.
Diagnose for the sake of the audience.

If somebody says, “this is stupid, this won’t work,” you do not need to perform confidence.

You can just say:
Totally fair question. What part feels unrealistic to you?

That response does a lot.

It slows the temperature down.
It makes the other person get specific.
And it shows the rest of the room that you are not rattled just because someone coughed in your direction.

Same thing with the classic “you’re just trying to sell.”

Okay.
And?

You can answer that without getting weird.

Clarity is not manipulation.
An offer is not a crime.
And calm does not mean passive.

So today, pick your move:
ignore the noise
ask one clean question
or turn the objection into content and help the people quietly watching

That is leadership.
