And I also at nine months pregnant was able to speak onstage in front of 3500 people.

BUT all of this was not always my life.
Just a few years ago, I was working full time. And one of the things that was really tough for me was that I always had this gut feeling that I was created for something bigger.
I am a college dropout….
I also am a former single mom.
I used to be on welfare and food stamps and we actually shared one bedroom in a house with a ton of roommates.
I met my husband but that didn’t fix everything. He wasn’t rich. He was a window washer and I was a hairstylist.
After we got married, I made a quick jump into corporate but I had this breaking point one day. and it’s when my daughter Dakota was sick and I stayed home from work. Now, the thing that I didn’t expect was that when I went back into work, after a couple days of her being sick, I got written up. And I will never forget that feeling of just rage and frustration and kind of a sadness, realizing that that’s what my life was. That’s what it had become. I was not able to miss work for field trips, or for soccer practices. In fact, I was working not just nine to five, but eight to five every single day. And I realized that I was working my tail off to build somebody else’s dreams. And I would watch as the president of the company, and he wasn’t an evil person, of course, but he would leave and go spend time with his kids early every single day. And I had this realization that as long as I was there, that was never going to be my story. This resonate with anybody, comment and let me know like, Does this sound familiar? So it was that day that I got written up that I realized it’s time for me to build something better. It’s time for me to build my own legacy. Now I did, I took action, and I started to take massive steps. And within six months, I actually was able to replace my income from my nine to five. So it took me six months in total, to replace my income. And then within that first year is when I generated $117,000. Who here would that be game changing for comment below me?
Our lives look really different. We’re able to set our own schedules, have fun with our kids go to things that we want to, if that means we want to work or we want to spend time with them, we want to travel. Oh, heck, let’s go and work from Vegas and we are not drinkers. My husband doesn’t mind a glass of wine from time to time, but I don’t drink. So that is coffee and we were working from the solarium in Vegas, the other De just for fun, which is really, really cool. My kids can work. Sorry my kids can hang out while we work. We do choose to have a nanny and support with us. But it just looks so different. The coolest thing and this might resonate with some of you and it may not resonate for other people. The coolest thing is, just a couple months after I left my nine to five, I started bringing in enough revenue to retire my husband from his nine to five. I know that sounds really drastic retire my husband. But basically what it meant is I brought him into my business. So he was able to leave his nine to five and we work together and we have so much fun despite what his picture on the right makes it look like he looks absolutely exhausted there. But we have a ton of fun conquering the world and traveling the world working side by side. Now I want to share with you real fast because you might be saying well that’s great for you, Rachel, you’re super super extroverted and you have a support system. Awesome. Okay, well Sabrina is an incredible single mom of three and not just a single mom of three. She’s a single mom Three autistic children. And before she took these systems and skills and strategies into her life, she made just over $5,000 in all 2016 to making $5,000 in a single month. Pretty crazy. Now, I want you to imagine what that could mean for you. No, seriously, what would that mean for you? And some people say you know what, that side gig would allow me to pay off my debt faster. Now what I’m going to really, really push you here, what would make you $10,000 per month mean for you Now, obviously A $10,000 per month price point. Sorry point, it wouldn’t necessarily be your side gig anymore at this would become a real job. This would become your own thing. You would be your own boss. What would that look like for you comment at the chat? Amazing. I just love these answers. Now what would working from anywhere mean for you? Where would you work from? That’s the biggest thing. If you didn’t have a boss to tell, you know, where would you work from? I remember Tanya and Stephanie Faulkner. They are two sisters who were able to move to Bali and work from the poolside. You know, that sounds great. Now, I personally don’t like to work where there’s like the sun and water and sand and all of those things. For me, it’s more like you know what, let’s go to Disney World and go and spend some time with our kids and then work at night from the hotel. I’m dizzy. That’s kind of more what my style is. But where would you work from if you could work anywhere. Where I love it. One of the most common answers I see is from the beach, which always cracks me up. Another one is I would travel the world. I see that all the time. Yep. Yep. All right. Well, I’m going to teach you is what I learned along the way. And that is number one wife corporate ladder is broken and feeling millions of people. Number two, my secret weapon that allowed me to charge like an expert without going back to school. And number three, the crazy way that you can do it all with just a computer and Wi Fi connection. How’s that sound?
Awesome. Which secret are you most excited about? Comment? One, two or three below. All right, number one, why the corporate ladder is broken and failing millions of people. This was one of the AHA that I had that just transformed the way I looked at the world. This was a game changer. Now here’s the crazy thing. We are trained to go from dreamers to factory Workers, the dreamer is what we were taught. We are kids, you can do anything. And then you become a student and you’re taught you can do anything that your behavior and grades basically prove or earn. Well, that’s a big shift already. Then you are designed to become a factory worker. And I know not many people work in factories. But now it’s like you are in a line, sit down, shut up. You can do anything on your lunch break or weekend, thanks to suddenly being retired. And a lot of us wait for retirement to live out our dreams. But now you don’t have the energy or budget to do all those things that you dreamed up. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to wait until I’m retired. I don’t want to wait. I don’t want to wait for the weekend. Now, I remember a conversation I had with someone who said I have about $82,000 in student loans, but it’ll be fine when I get my big paying job. But here’s the crazy thing that I need you to understand. The big paying jobs aren’t paying the way that you think they are. And in fact, the system is broken when it comes to debt. In fact, the average earnings or income is historically dropping compared to the debt that people are taking on, including student loans, credit card debt, auto loans, it just doesn’t make sense. And in fact, the debt to income ratio is absolutely out of proportion. And now I know some of these don’t go all the way to 2018. But I promise you that it’s not necessarily getting better. And so what I want you to understand is, if you’re waiting for that big paying job, or you’re waiting for that, hopefully that corporate ladder hop to work. I want you to realize that the reason that it hasn’t happened so far, it’s not your fault. It’s a broken system. And I will never forget watching as my parents friends who waited for their pension last night. Five, their pension, their savings, everything. In fact, one story that opened my eyes to the severity of this issue was one of my parents friends who suddenly lost his job after 30 years of loyalty. He obviously had been depending on that job to take care of him and his retirement. And suddenly he got the notice that they were making massive changes and layoffs. And suddenly, his entire future plan, his security net, everything was gone. Now that freaked me out, to be totally honest. And this is very, very dramatic. But I watched as he posted his suicide letter on Facebook saying goodbye.
Immediately I called the cops called my dad got as much information as I could and thankfully he was saved that evening because lots of other people saw the post. But that opened my eyes to the fact that your corporate job is not looking out for you. fact, most of us spend our lives and killing ourselves essentially working so hard for nine to five for corporate bosses that if we were to die on the job tomorrow, they would replace us in a heartbeat. It’s kind of a sobering realization. The corporate ladder isn’t waiting to promote you. The only way for you to get ahead is to build your own ladder and climate yourself. Now, not only that, but pensions are disappearing. 401 K’s are obviously not safe either, because they’re volatiles. They’re dependent on the market. What I want you to understand is that the only guaranteed success is the success that you pursue. Now Kristen Nichols experienced something similar to this one year ago, I was reeling from major blow to my professional career, my main client unexpectedly announced his impending retirement. I was depressed and bordering on despair. I knew If something didn’t dream, I would have or didn’t change soon I would have to give up my dream shut down my business, stop homeschooling our kids and sell my soul to a nine to five. It was a horrible feeling thinking about what I’d given up. I’m going to skip ahead just a little bit but she’s that I it’s been one year and everything has changed everything. I discovered new talents and skills I never knew that I had the trajectory of my businesses on the rise in new directions. You might be saying, I cook for my family or I, you know, cater on the weekends for weddings or whatever. And I handle PR, and that’s about it. Wrong. Oh my gosh, you are an expert communicator. You can handle high pressure situations. You are an expert at delegation and proposals and budget management, right? You’re not just cooking for your family. You are a short order chef, you are able to create Gor may be stros with some of the pickiest of audiences. And you are not just a personal assistant, you are an executive assistant who specializes in managing many moving parts and can handle cross department communications with ease. Do you get it? stacking your wins is the art of reverse engineering what people are saying, especially your competition, which I’ll explain to you more with what that means. later on.
It’s all about stacking your wins. You don’t realize it but you will already have wins and skills that you can stack right now today. And any skills that you don’t have, don’t you worry about it, I’m going to teach you them. And still other opportunities require thousands in inventory, or kits or supplies, or even in office space. Yeah, no thanks. What I want you to understand from this, is that that is not true. You can become your own boss and build a 456 even seven figure business without spending thousands in startups or taking out massive loans. Can I get an amen in the chat for this right now, because these are all myths that I wish I could just scream from the mountaintops. You do not need to take out a small business loan in order to start your own business. Who here is hopeful and excited just based on that alone. I want you to know that I built two businesses that do multi millions with I Those massive small business loans without an office. I put kind of only because we actually have an office space. We have currently like I do the math real fast. Just about 15 people between our two teams, only a couple of them are in person. We actually got an office and I wish we hadn’t because we work from home every single day. So instead of lunch breaks, we do Mario Kart breaks on our Nintendo Switch. And you also do not need expensive tech and crazy kits and all this inventory. In fact, all you need is Wi Fi and a computer. I have actually run my business on my cell phone. Crazy right? What I want to share with you is other people who have had great successes people who just got started. I’m actually not naturally good at graphic design graphic design has made it significantly easier for me actually slynt Now one of the things that I’m noticing is that a lot of people are sending their comments privately. I don’t know if that options available to everybody. But if you have questions, you can either post them in the chat publicly or ask the questions privately. I’m I’m not quite sure what button it is that sets that up. But totally up to you if you want to ask the questions publicly or privately.

I think that says LinkedIn. No, absolutely not. You get to decide which platforms you want to manage. You might just say I love Instagram. I love Facebook, I don’t want to touch LinkedIn. But you’ll notice that LinkedIn is actually a lot more powerful than most people give it credit for it, which is so cool. Do you just make all your money from your courses? Or do you actually work with clients? My two businesses are actually pretty equal in revenue, which is pretty cool. They do almost exactly the same amount in revenue. And they’re both successful, which is awesome. And I I define success by Are we happy? Are we impacting lives? Are we profitable? Are we making money? Are we working with our dream team every single day? That’s how I define success. What are your favorite books? I love your mindset. And I wish that I could tap into it. Well, one of the great ways to tap into my mindset is by joining social media united, I shared so much in there and I’m actually as much as I can be active in the community.
